Strategic planning is an activity to set priorities, focus resources, strengthen operations, establish common goals and agreement around desired results, and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment.

 

Join us for this interactive workshop where Kevin will deep-dive into Strategic Planning to assist with your business’s development and growth.  This hands-on session will provide you with a clear understanding of where your business is today, where you want to go, develop a plan to get there, and understand how to get started.

Served as a member of the MDA Small Business Advocacy Council and Mentor and Business Coach for the Woman’s Business Center of North Alabama.
