Sam Le is the Deputy Associate General Counsel for procurement law at the U.S. Small Business Administration. He advises SBA officials on small business government contracting programs and represents SBA before GAO, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and the Office of Hearings and Appeals. Sam received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia.
